Android Issues and Solution

If you encounter trouble on Android devices with our Jiusion USB microscope device, please read it carefully and contact us according to the situation:
①Oppo, Vivo, Oneplus and Realme users please enable OTG in phone's Settings first.
Settings  > Search "OTG" >Enable OTG
Settings - Additional settings - OTG connection
Settings - Network and Other Connections - OTG
Settings - Bluetooth and Other Devices - OTG
Settings - System - OTG storage

Other Android phones please enable USB Debugging by: Go to Settings > About phone > Build number and tap on it seven times to enable Developer options. Go to Settings > Developer options > USB debugging.
If you’re using a newer Android version, you may need to enable USB debugging in a different way. Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Developer options > USB debugging. You may also need to select the USB configuration, such as MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) or PTP (Picture Transfer Protocol), to enable file transfer. Ensure that your phone is unlocked and the screen is on to enable USB debugging.
②Remove the phone case if it has.
③Make sure the microscope LED is on.

④Make sure you connected the USB c adapter to the microscope USB plug in a correct way.
